Cancellations are not permitted for services availed during promotional campaigns or discounted seasonal offers such as Republic Day, Diwali, Christmas, or New Year. Services such as domain registration, compliance filings, or services already initiated or processed are non-cancellable once work has commenced. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the stipulated cancellation window. Additionally, if the next scheduled payment is not made within 7 working days, the service shall be deemed cancelled automatically without any refund obligation.
