However, in the event a user wishes to cancel or seek a refund, the following policies shall apply.

Cancellation Policy

You may initiate a service cancellation request within 36 hours of placing the order by submitting a cancellation form through our official website. Cancellations are not permitted for services availed during promotional campaigns or discounted seasonal offers such as Republic Day, Diwali, Christmas, or New Year. These are time-bound, limited-period offers and are non-refundable.

Services such as domain registration, compliance filings, or services already initiated or processed are non-cancellable once work has commenced. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the stipulated cancellation window. Additionally, if the next scheduled payment is not made within 7 working days, the service shall be deemed cancelled automatically without any refund obligation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under limited circumstances and solely at the discretion of TaxFilersWay. As our services involve time-bound processing and third-party dependencies, any refund request must meet the following conditions:

• Refunds will not be granted for services already rendered or partially completed.
• Administrative or processing fees, government charges, or taxes paid are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be entertained for violations of our Terms & Conditions or misuse of services.
• There is no refund policy for same-day processing or express service orders.
• Refunds will not be provided in cases of delays caused by third-party systems (such as government portals).
